Dear Listmates -
Has anyone besides me had problems with Enzymatic Therapy's EstroBalance
with DIM
(formerly called Indolplex)?
The bottle says no gluten, but I took one tablet Thursday and had some
problems
the rest of the day. I didn't attribute it to the EstroBalance, so I
took two tablets
Friday morning and I've had problems ever since.
I don't know if my digestive problems are a gluten reaction or an
allergy to the main ingredient (or some other ingredient - it contains
DIM, d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, and phosphatidylcholine), or it
interacted with some other natural product I take.
Thank you.
Vicki
