Invitations are in the mail and the notice is on the Celiac Disease Foundation's Website for the "It's All About Food, The International Taste of Gluten-Free.  We are featuring many restaurants including, but not limited to Maurizos, El  Cholo, Wolfgang Puck's Citywalk Cafe, Jody Maroni Sausage Kingdom, P. F. Changs, Peet's Coffee, Ramapo Valley Brewery, (at last GF Beer) BH International Bakery, K & Bee Baking and many, many more.  The date is May 23, 2004, 11:00 am. to 4:00 p.m. at Pasadena Senior Center, 85 East Holly Street, Pasadena, California.  Guest Speakers are Michelle Pietzak, M.D., Pisit Pitukcheewanont, M.D., Michelle Melin-Rogovin.  Cooking demonstrations by LynnRae Ries and Steve Rice.
