After posting my summary of breakfast foods I received this note which I
felt should be included:


Perky's Nutty Rice (also sold as EnerG's rice nuts) has contamination
problems. Sometimes it will be fine, sometimes not. Checks with the
manufacturer (no longer Pacific as I recall), confirmed not using dedicated
machines, etc. I ate daily for nearly a year and only started to make
progress a couple of months after eliminating it. Just my perspective. At
the delphi forums archives, there is an old thread on this subject. Just
passing along my experience, of course, make your own decisions.
