I just made my first loaf of Manna from Anna bread (a fiber-rich GF bread
mix that contains Montina flour, among others) - and I have to say it's far
and away the best GF bread anyone in my family has ever tasted! I made it in
my Breadman bread machine, using the GF custom program and it turned out
just right, rising nice and high, with a crunchy, satisfying crust. I have
no financial interest in the company - other than that I want to see them
stay in business! You can purchase Manna from Anna mix at
www.glutenfree.com <http://www.glutenfree.com/> or www.glutenevolution.com
<http://www.glutenevolution.com/> (the manufacturer). Either way, I
recommend you try it.
