I'm going to loose this battle but if they want my business they certainly
shouldn't be charging me 500 for the phone.  Even if money were no object,
at some point it becomes unreasonable and 550.00 when my kids can get a
perfectly usable phone for 50.00 is a real problem.  Sounds like something
that one of those national organizations that don't do much should look
into.
