Not that I know of directly, but there is a ptt line on the acc2
socket.  THis is the center of the three din connectors along the bottom of
the back of the rig, just under and very slightly to the left of the 1/4
inch paddle jack.  THis is when viewed as reaching over the top from the
operating position.
I forget which pins are ptt and ground, but it is in the manual, and you
could rig up a foot switch for that connector.
