I recently bought a bread machine (think not having to turn on the oven during hot summer days if you have no AC) which I love and my mom would like to try to make her squash rolls in it which she has not been able to make in a long time as her hands can no longer handle the kneading. My concern is the gluten staying trapped in the crevices where there the paddle is. How can I ensure total cleaning? I thought about just buying a 2nd pan but I have not seen it for sale even on the mgfr website.

Heather
