In addition to restaurants listed on the recent summary, please try Bistro 110. It's located at 110 E. Pearson in Chicago, near Water Tower Place.

The chef there is very aware of food sensitivities -- I believe he has a child with a peanut allergy. When we dine there they mark the menu with all the GF options, and will also change the oil to make GF frites and adapt things to be GF. In three years, this is consistently the best restaurant experience we've had anywhere. There are many options there, and we have the feeling that they truly understand the cross-contamination issue. The food is delicious!

Best of luck!
