“I have written four gluten-free cookbooks. I have personally created, cooked, and tasted every recipe in each of my cookbooks. These books were a labor of love and I am proud of the results. My goal was to help celiacs realize that maintaining a gluten-free diet does not mean you have to give up your favorite foods; you just have to make them a little differently now. I think I have accomplished this.” -Connie Sarros
ABOUT THE COOKBOOKS:
The complete nutritional breakdown is listed for each recipe in all four books.
· All ingredients are gluten-free.
