It seems that most people are in agreement that once we begin a GF diet we
are able to absorb calcium.
There are a variety of GF medications available for us.
The success rate in terms of retarding the bone loss varied with indivduals.
Weight training and walking also build bone mass.
Here is a list of GF medications that list members have been prescribed for
osteoprosis.
Evista
Miacalcin    this is a nasal spray and might be more appropriate for
individuals who have reflux
Calcium Citrate and Cholecalcifrol (vitamin D)
Citracal + D
Fosamax  (sometimes is hard on the stomach)
