But the REALLY interesting questions for us all in the case of Clin-ton
:-D   is: What caused the bad lipid profile? What caused the hypertension? The paper doesn't answer that, but instead goes on to tout statin. It's a bad doctor who doesn't try to find out what caused the ill, but only whips out medication.
