That would be Chia - which some people have ordered. I just let them and
still make a chai for them. It's right up there with the old guy who owns
the liquor store - he's always buying a "sconce" even though the sign in
front of them clearly marks them as "scones". Anyway, Chai is an Asian
Indian spiced tea (usually cardamon, cinnamon, and ginger) and a lot of
milk. Basically, it tastes like a pumpkin pie in a cup.
