For now I ordered the Warrior Diet, and I will see from there if I want to
order Maximum Muscle: Minimum Fat. Since I am accustomed to eating whenever
I am hungry, I am going to try to eat one meal of veggies during the day and
my big meal at night and see how I feel/respond to exercise, etc.

I have read the book. It is a good read if you are interested in some basic
biochemistry of excercise.
The book explains the role of various hormones in eating and excercise.
There are some conclusions but I'm sure that none of the conclusions are
really justified by the evidence at this stage of the game.
