Ok, I tried to eat more meat and fat today. : ) Now I am wondering if I
did to much or not. Probably not, but just being new to this it seemed like
a lot.
Breakfast:
1 cup of strawberries sliced
1 mug green tea sweetened with honey
1 pound ground pork sausage made into patties
Lunch/Snack: no real lunch...running around today
handful of pistachio nuts unsalted in shell
Dinner:
1 cup Rutabaga
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup onion
approx 1 pound center cut chuck roast
added large dollop of olive oil to the pot
added 4 pats of butter to plate
also used 1 cup of broth from cooking the roast and veggies on plate. I
finished off all of it, including the added broth.
Does this seem better then yesterday?
