too, but that seems low. I weigh about 135 lbs. and I eat roughly four meals
with about 5 ounces of protein each and then I have about 2 to 3 oz. of
protein before going to bed. I would be very hungry if I ate less protein.
Is that formula correct and where did it come from?<snip>

I have been trying to find where I read this all morning, with no luck. I
do know it was on the Paleodiet.com site, but have been unable to figure out
where. I have been wading through so much information on that site the past
few days, that my mind has been boggled. : ) I think it was in someone's
article or story about how they eat Paleo.
