Maybe I should try avocados with a piece of coconut or a few boiled
eggs. I've never seen coconut oil on sale. Tesco doesn't sell it-
only coconut blocks or whole coconuts. How do you make guacamole? I
like the stuff too but I've only ever bought it in jars.

Avocodos sound like the ideal source of food for me. Anything that has
5 times more fat than protein or digestible carbs is a winner for me!
