Me too. Somehow it seems alot easier to go without any 'forbidden' food at
all. I can now go for years without eating refined sugar. Another trick, if I
ever feel an urge to eat these things, I will go totally over the top, and
eat an entire large cake or 10 chocolate bars. This always results in feeling
ill, and re-enforces a negative emotion - basically aversion therapy. These
days, I hardly ever have any sugar craving.
