Food preparation doesn't have to be time consuming at all. I eat mostly
broiled meats, salad, raw almonds and walnuts, and blueberries and
strawberries. Preparation could hardly be shorter, simply the time it
takes
to cut up salad veggies and broil meat. I would think that if your local
bokstore doesn't have Neanderthin in stock that they can easily order it
for
you.
