jean-claude- I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for you and
your chosen lifestyle. Very, VERY few of those of us brought up in the
"civilized" world would ever be able to make the transition to the kind of
instinctive eating that you survive, and indeed, thrive on.

Just a bit of curiosity though- why do you consider yourself to be a
vegetarian if you eat ants, termites, and seafood? And do you have friends and/or
family that share in your lifestyle? If not, I imagine you may at times feel
lonely and isolated.

Although I, like many others on this list, could not bring myself to eat
insects, I am sure they must be a very healthy food source, (certainly very
Paleo.) and I congratulate you highly!

i find wild meats right there in my house in the form of carpenter ants
or termites , . . . . I also live close to the ocean ( that helps a lot
with oysters crabs shrimps clams and small fishes all easy to gather)
It takes years to deprogram the coercivelly trained mind ( trained thru
judgements) but it is at the reach of the most dedicated vegetarian ( as i
have been for 12 years ).
