Big congrats on the paleo family! But I can't quite tell from your
questions whether you're concerned that they may be eating too much or not
enough. In general, children (even ones raised on SAD) are very good at
managing their own caloric intake........ as long as parents don't confound
issues such as insisting that they eat more/clean their plate, in effect
teaching them to overeat. And as Tom pointed out, their appetites wax and
wane. But one paleo caveat you might need to keep in mind could be fruit
since sweet tastes soooo good. As long as they don't preferentially eat
fruit to the limitation or exclusion of other foods, there's probably not a
problem.
