Are you afraid of raw dairy, Eva? My family eats it all the time without
harm. Pasteurization is what makes dairy dangerous. I don't think one needs
a strong immune system to tolerate raw dairy. Healthy cows, lactose and
casein tolerance is enough. National Food Administration here in Sweden and
most people I've met here are a bunch of bacteria fobics.
