No, but I have thought of it this way.  Alcohol is only "good" for you if
you're on a non-paleo diet.  Like other medicines, it's a poison by itself
that helps lessen the effect of even more potent poisons such as gluten or
lectins or casein.  That makes more sense to me than the theory that I
just haven't yet found the right glass of wine or cider and that when I
do, alcohol will no longer affect me negatively.
