A bit late on this thread.

For moderately fine work I have had success with one of the cigarette
lighter type.
Position it, ignite, pause, job done.

a bit slow but not bad for 3.5mm plugs for example.

Can't recall where it came from as was a present from a friend of mine.

By the way guys, I lost my antennas in a big blow here 27 miles
Southwest from London in whirl win on 8 January so a bit quiet at
present!
