I was reformatting an old computer and when I tried to reboot using the boot disk (Win 95) and the computer didn't recognize the floppy drive. I went into the BIOS and it said there wasn't an "A Drive" So I changed it to read the A drive to be 1.44 and saved and reboot again. This time the computer said floppy drive fail. What am I doing wrong? is the floppy fried?

Thanks for your help!
