I'm sorry for "jumping down [your] throat." I didn't know how to say
what I felt without being blunt. I don't know if that fat is cooked out
of chicken, but I don't think people would make a point out of it unless
they were trying to mislead us. Here's some more information: "The
average 'meat' in a fast food restaurant has been dead for over a year
and is nothing but fat. Domesticated animals are fed something that is
meant to make the most 'product' (even if it is toxic or worse). They
are fat, in wretched condition (factory farms being far far worse than
'free range' of course), and so on."
