I eat once per day, at night. Is that paleo? Perhaps it is more paleo
than eating all during the day? In any case, I find I am healthier this
way and can eat a wider range of foods including food I am intolerant
of, with fewer negative consequences.
All I am saying is that you need to consider quantity of consumption,
and frequency. Most peoples in the world do not eat as much quantity of
food as many of us do on this list, and this must be considered in the
equation.
