A friend mentioned Inositol hexaphosphate also known as Phytate or Phytic Acid to be good for helping with cancer. When I checked it out on the web it said that it is naturally present in foods like beans, citrus, nuts, rice, veal, pork, and wheat germ. This may explain lower cancer rates in Mexico (beans and pork). From a paleo perspective nuts and pork sound good.
Food for thought.
