Now I have a question: Since this study was done on people with T2 diabetes,
what are the implications for someone who is not diabetic?  My last fasting
bg test was, at 88, in normal range; however, I think I may have some
insulin resistance.  Would improving insulin sensitivity enhance weight
loss?
