We are seeing the same thing here in AZ.  The health food store Hi Health is
loaded with low carb products.  The problem I have with it is they are
coming out with lots of low carb junk food which IMHO is just has bad as all
the other junk food.  I saw some 0 calorie/carb salad dressings by Walden
Farms but when I looked at the label it had Splenda in it.  I don't
understand why you would have to put sugar, real or artificial, in blue
cheese dressing.
