My thanks to Kristin, I wanted to know the exact same thing.

I've never had a problem with weight, no matter how
much I ate; however when going paleo I noticed that
I drop pounds; pounds that I don't want to lose.
In fact, I would like to *gain* some more weight.

Maybe I could up the carbs, but I keep on remembering
what Bruce said about eating meat/fat with carbs being
bad. I've never heard about that before, and I keep wondering
if it's true. What could I do?

Thanks in advance.
