Matarr,

It is very reasonable to expect the buck to stop somewhere....and that space is an open secret.  So far the facts about all these murders are self-evident.  I have no perfect knowledge about the dept of Jammeh's involvement beyond the stretch of imagination, and I doubt that to be sufficient basis to make allegations.  The question whether Jammeh ordered the murder of Koro should best be addressed in a court of law and NOT over the internet.

I am currently on holidays with my family, and I will very soon find time to expand further on a plan of action.
