I know that some are distrustful of the "big" companies, but this
page at the Kraft web site, which was pointed out by somebody else on
another list, was heartening. Perhaps those who don't trust Kraft
when they say they will list gluten will be more confident once they
see this. The page can take a while to load on a dial-up connection.
