You may try a neutralizer like "Oust" or "Ozium", however spraying anything
onto component boards is never a good idea since any liquid and possibly
it's chemical residue may offer some degree of resistance, I believe I would
opt for perhaps saturating something like blotter paper or a cheap beer
coaster, set it in a small dish and place it on the bottom of the case and
allow it to circulate through the case when turned on. This may only be a
temporary fix since cigarette smoke is one of the most stubborn of all
smells to neutralize.
