You have to go back to the basics.
Remove everything except the MOST essential things.

Get a boot floppy and only use that to boot.

Then try trouble shooting as you add things.

"Everyone" can be more helpful if you post,
(at the very least, and on the list), the name and model number of the MB...
A direct link to that MB at the MB manufacturer WEB site will
make those answer even better, since that will get the ball rolling
easier for "helpers"...
