Hi,
Educated guess: go into BIOS, change the setting that says halt on any
errors to: no halt.
sounds like something is not set correctly. Like maybe looking for IDE
device set to AUTO and
not finding one and the Bios is set to halt on any error or halt an any
error but keyboard.
Thanks and have a Great Day!

Hello List,
I am working with a computer with XP-HOME that stops during the boot process
and displays the screen information copied below. After pressing F1 the
boot will continue with no problem. it has done this for quite some time
and is an annoyance. Any ideas on how to avoid this extra step?
Thanks in advance for you help.
