I installed SP2.  I was unable to access the internet.  Tech support from my
local cable provider had me turn off Zone Alarm.  I was able to access since
now I do not have two firewalls on.

I want to use Zone Alarm.  I turn off the Microsoft firewall.  I cannot
access the internet.

Is there anything I can do?  Local Cable support tells me to call Zone Alarm
to resolve it or try uninstalling the SP2 which he did and it took 4 hours!
