If you're getting that far, then I don't think there's a problem with
your connection. I would make sure that you have the capitalization
correct for both the username and the password. Also, you should make
sure you don't have an extra space at the end of the username or
password. The extra space is something you might not even notice, it's
messed me up in the past.
