Kathy,

Mike is 56 years old and he does not want to retire yet but they are looking
ahead, that is, if something happened to his job, or whatever, if they move
to this new place, they could make it without his income.  That is how much
a drop in their rent would be if they move.  This is a government program.
By the way, the British government has some pretty impressive programs for
the blind there that we don't have here.  Of course every working person
pays in at least 50 percent of their earnings so it is a strongly
socialistic society there.  They have way more government involvement over
there than we do here.
