Sorry for yet another in a long string of off topic notes (though this one
qualifies as a prayer request).  Against my better judgment I am setting
myself up for even more rejection by sending out short stories to magazines.
If you would be willing to read these things and let me know if they're okay
please write to me off line.  I'd especially like anyone experienced in
proofreading or an expert in grammar, for this first one most of all.  It
uses a lot of quotes and quotes within quotes which are always confusing and
that sort of mistake can get you rejected right out.
