I think because if you get it real bad... your skin will be dimpled with
those little pox and give you skin resembling chicken skin, kind of like
goose bumps, or perhaps a golf ball now that I think of it. They ought have
called it Hole In One Pox, or Many Holes On One Pox, or something like that.
