Rhonda yes. That is it. They have a contest type program you can do, but of
course very few do. It is a combination of working out and eating right.
I've not heard of the one you mentioned. I'll check into that. I like Body
For Life because it incorporates working out, which I'm going to begin
again now that I have the space.
