Hey Brad,
Here in Maine they have these bright red sausages that the call red
hotdogs.  They're pretty greasy and disgusting in my opinion and they
turn the water red when you boil them.  They put these things on
something called a finger roll and drown it with yellow mustard or serve
it with their beans.  Believe me, after trying one of these you'll think
of a brat as a health food.
