Hi, Rhonda, Kathy, and Paul,

The thing I don't understand is why the police officer who ticketed Christa
for going through a yellow light, didn't make an issue of her learners
permit.  Did he not notice that Rhonda is blind?  Is that why he didn't ask
to see her license?
And if it is against the law in Pennsylvania to drive on a learners permit
without a licensed driver with you, why did he not indicate that on that
occasion?
If I missed something in this thread, forgive my wonderings.  <smile>
