1.  I believe the "-L" in the station ID indicates that it is a link
station.  Is the procedure for connecting to those stations the same as with
a plain call or "-R" station?  I tried a couple and nothing happened.

2. What kind of information on hurricane coverage is available on EchoLink.
On HF, I heard reference to a chat room, I usually avoid them, and to
stations listening on EchoLink.  Any help will be appreciated.
