You're right, I probably shouldn't have mentioned ZoneAlarm in the context
of this list <g>.  ZA is a good firewall, but almost impossible to use with
a screen reader.  I like Sygate because it works so well with JFW.

I've read a lot  about Outpost and it is well respected, but I do not know
how or if it works with speech software.

I thought Zone Alarm wasn't that usable with Jaws.  Have you ever heard of
Outpost?  That was the software fire wall that was recommended to me at one
time.
