Well said, and much more politely than my answer.
I get frustrated when people cling to victim hood and blame everything and
everybody for their inability to accomplish a task.
Their was a guy who called in on the WGN computer show, whining about jfw's
inability to use addaware.
Well jfw does it fine, he got probably 5 referrals to the jfw lite web page.
What infuriated me was, that he blamed his software, rather than asking how
could the task be done with his software.
If I can go from I can't do it to "I don't know how to do it yet." I am on
the way to dealing with my situation like an equal adult.  Yes a self
responsible member of our society.  That is how equality is taken.
Privileges that are abused are lost, and the credibility for other
reasonable accommodations is damaged.
