Ok, here's what I think I've figured out about switching signatures.
I think, once you are in body of your message text, you can hit alt i for
insert, arrow up a couple of times and enter on signatures submenu, either
or, you hit right arrow.
There is where your signature file names are and you can arrow up or down
and hit enter on the one you want.
You may have to hit control a in body text before doing this to highlight
all and delete the default signature but I have to play with that yet.
