Hmmm?
I was sorry to read Helen's note.
I did not take Paul's message in the same way.
I thought it good that someone spoke up and said that just a group of
Christian people may not be qualified to try and help a person who claims so
many deep problems.
I also thought it good that Paul admit that although he was a Christian that
this did not make him so perfect that he could handle everything correctly
and that for this reason he was removing himself from the situation for a
while.
It is what I would do if I had tried to do something, had everyone tell me I
was wrong and I needed a break to get my head together before trying again
or if I thought everyone's else's approach was wrong and I got tired of
watching their fruitless attempts.
That's all I had to say.
I just thought this unfortunate.
