Due to the hard work of our GFRAP liaisons, NYC is
becoming the hottest city around for dining out GF. :-)
Be sure to visit our web site to see the newest listings.
We have several more restaurants undergoing final
preparations and web site proofing.
The Gluten-Free Restaurant Awareness Program(TM) and
the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group are pleased
to welcome the Asia de Cuba restaurant!

Comments: Asia de Cuba's unique sharing menu
features an innovative fusion of Asian and Latin
cuisine. Be sure to ask for the special GF menu.
Find details, addresses, phone numbers, and
directions to this, and other participating
restaurants, on the Gluten-Free Restaurant
Awareness Program web site:www.glutenfreerestaurants.org
I would like to thank the individual GFRAP volunteers
in NYC and other areas, who spend time with the
restaurants while they become comfortable with GFRAP,
the GF diet, and are able to safely serve GF meals to
everyone.
Be sure to present your GFRAP Customer Card
and ask about any items of special concern.
Contact GFRAP via the web site if your support group
is interested in helping the GFRAP effort by sponsoring
restaurants in your local area.
Note: Although each restaurant makes every effort
to accommodate each persons specific dietary needs,
it is still each diner's responsibility to take personal
accountability for their own meal.
