I am struggling with being gluten free and casein free at the same time. I
especially miss cheese. I have a plan to make a faux ricotta pizza with soft
tofu and lots of basil and red pepper and pepperoni, but I am sad about the
no mozzerella.
Can I get reviews from all of you who eat gf casein free cheeses? Maybe
there is something I am overlooking. The one brand I tried was so expensive
and so grainy and nasty tasting that I didn't want to be burned again.
